We are Hiring! Media Specialist – C21Colonial Careers

CENTURY 21 Colonial Realty Inc. is seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our Marketing Department as a Media Specialist. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Media Specialist will create and design various types of high-quality and engaging media content to assist the marketing department in the promotion of property listings, office marketing, and the promotion of agent-related marketing. Our goal is to improve and expand the current content offering of CENTURY 21 Colonial Realty in print, digital, social media, and more to offer our agents and clients “The Gold Standard” in real estate marketing.

Skills required and not limited to:

Videography:

• Shooting and editing a variety of videos for marketing purposes

• Drone videography (Basic/Advanced pilot certificate an asset. Will be required and employer willing to provide training for certification).

• Skills and knowledge into video editing software

Photography:

• Shooting and editing of interior and exterior pictures of properties

• Shooting other photography (events, headshots, community, etc.)

• 360 degree photography (equipment and training provided)

• Uploading/Sharing of all product

• Skills in photo editing software.

Hosting and Delivery of Media Assets

• Understanding of requirements for media for various types of marketing channels (formats, sizing, etc.)

• Curate and deliver completed media products in a variety of digital hosting platforms for final presentation.

• Ability to use or learn Google Workplace suite of products

Requirements:

• Friendly and outgoing personality

• Organized and able to work under deadlines

• Equipment provided, however the candidate may use their own gear if desired and fits organizational requirements.

• Valid Driver’s License with available/reliable vehicle

• Creative and “Outside the box” thinker.

• Initiative driven

• Willingness to learn, adopt new technology, “Try new things” mindset

• Identify new trends, contribute new ideas/opportunities, creative insights, etc.

Location: 111 St Peters Road, Charlottetown, PE

Salary $45,495 base salary plus annual volume bonus, mileage paid

Full-time Permanent, Onsite, 40 hour work week, traditionally 8:30-5, however some evening and weekend may be required.
